The Pokemon Survivor gacha is how you collect new partners. There is one banner for each of the nine regions, you pay with tickets earned by playing, and a 5-star is guaranteed by the 70th pull on a banner.

This page lists the Pokemon Survivor gacha rates, the pity and x10 rules, what a duplicate pays and the pool of every banner. Tickets cannot be bought, so see Pokemon Survivor codes for every way to earn them; the legendaries you can pull are on legendaries.

Pokemon Survivor gacha rates and pity

A single pull costs one x1 ticket. A x10 pull costs ten x1 tickets or one x10 ticket, whichever you choose. Each banner holds the Pokemon of one region and keeps its own pity counter.

Pity, x10 pulls and duplicates

  • 5-star pity. The 70th pull on a banner without a 5-star is always a 5-star. The counter belongs to the banner and resets when it gives a 5-star.
  • x10 floor. If none of the first nine pulls of a x10 pull is a 4-star or better, the tenth is rolled from the 4-star and 5-star rates only.
  • Duplicates become coins. A Pokemon you already own pays the coins in the table, and a duplicate shiny pays three times as much.
  • Shiny. One pull in 100 is shiny for any rarity, whenever the Pokemon has a shiny sprite. A shiny pull also unlocks the normal version if you do not own it. See shiny odds.

The nine banners

Every banner draws from the Pokemon of its region that have a sprite. The 5-star pool holds the legendaries and mythicals together with the strongest regular Pokemon, such as Dragonite and Tyranitar. The last column shows the three strongest 5-stars of each banner by base stat total, the ones the game puts on the banner poster; open any Pokemon in the Pokedex to see its own banner.

How many pulls do you need

  • Any 5-star: about 43.5 pulls on average and never more than 70. Without the pity, 69 pulls would give one 65% of the time, and a x10 pull holds one about 22% of the time.
  • One specific 5-star: about 43.5 times the number of 5-stars in the banner, which is 261 to 740 pulls on average.
  • Where tickets come from. Defeating Pokemon, chests, bosses, rifts, missions and achievements. Daily missions pay 2 to 3 x1 tickets each and weekly missions pay one x10 ticket each.

Pokemon Survivor gacha FAQ

What are the Pokemon Survivor gacha rates?

1-star 45%, 2-star 30%, 3-star 17%, 4-star 6.5%, 5-star 1.5%.

How does the pity work?

Each banner has its own counter. The 70th pull without a 5-star on that banner is a 5-star, and the counter resets after a 5-star.

Does a x10 pull guarantee anything?

At least one 4-star or better in every x10 pull.

Can you buy gacha tickets?

No. Tickets are earned by playing, and the game has no purchases. See Pokemon Survivor codes.
