Pokemon Survivor Held Items: All 11 Items

Pokemon Survivor has 11 held items, and you carry one at a time. They drop from bosses, rift legendaries and chests, and each one changes how a run plays: some raise damage, some keep you alive, one pays more coins and one gives experience.

Where to start: take the Pokemon you want to play from the tier list, then pick the item that covers its weak spot. Defense items keep a run going, offense items raise damage at a cost, and the growth items pay off over a long run. The bosses and rifts explain where the drops come from.
